When night falls, the fishing begins
Night Fishing Stay
Night fishing is often the key to the best catches. On our stretch of the Lot, it's not only allowed but encouraged. The private pontoon is set up for you to install your bivvy in comfort, with outdoor power outlets and discreet lighting available. Carp and catfish are particularly active between dusk and dawn—prepare for memorable takes.
Night fishing on the Lot is a unique experience. The absolute calm of the Aiguillon countryside, broken only by the sound of water and crickets, creates an incomparable atmosphere. It's also when the biggest fish feed: trophy carp, giant catfish and pike on nocturnal patrol. Our lit pontoon and set-up spots let you fish in optimal comfort, even in the heart of the night.
Unlike many sites, night fishing is officially allowed on our stretch of the Lot. The pontoon is designed to accommodate your night setup: flat surface for the bivvy, space for the rodpod, and outdoor power outlets. Summer nights on the Lot are magical, and productive.

Equipment tips
For night fishing, a comfortable bivvy and good sleeping bag are essential. Bring light bite alarms, a red headlamp (so as not to scare the fish) and light indicators for your lines. The lit pontoon facilitates night handling.
“The nights on the Lot are magical. In June, we had 7 takes between 10pm and 5am, including a 15 kg mirror carp at 3am. The silence, the stars, the sound of the river and the bite alarm screaming—there's nothing better.”
